DC Cross Flow Ventilation Fan

 

Our DC cross flow fans come in different types with 3-phase BLDC motors. They operate at voltages of 12V, 24V, and 48V, with safety guards and speed controllers as optional features. The fan housing is made of metal, primarily aluminum, and the impeller diameter ranges from 25mm to 150mm with various lengths. Bearings used are NMB or NSK ball bearings, and we offer OEM services for speed customization.

 

Applications: Our DC cross flow fans are widely used for space ventilation, including trench heaters, floor and wall convectors, home ventilation, catering equipment, electronic cooling, and heat recovery.

 

AC Cross Flow Ventilation Fan

 

Our AC cross flow fans feature AC Shaded-pole Motors with rotor diameters ranging from 30mm to 150mm and lengths from 90mm to 1400mm. The air flow range is from 22 to 4250m³/h, with ball bearings for smooth operation. These fans have a compact design with low noise levels (as low as 20 dBA) and can be speed-controlled using 0-10V/PWM signals.
